The following year The Living End released another EP called Second Solutionwhich they recorded it in just two days to give them something new to sell at their concerts. They signed a contract with Reprise Records in On February 9,they released their self-titled American debut. It gets to the point that, in a good way, it almost sounds like it's gonna fall apart, and we wanted to play with that sort of energy and get that on-the-brink sort of feel in the studio.
